Nothing Bundt Cakes, a nail salon and a body laser clinic are among the new tenants headed to a Mount Sinai shopping center that is undergoing a $59 million revamp, which will bring a Whole Foods Market as an anchor. Regency Centers Corp., a Jacksonville, Florida-based real estate investment trust, bought the property formerly known as Mount Sinai Shopping Center in January, after which it announced it had renamed the property Crystal Brook Corner.
