Most AI video looks fake because the camera behaves too perfectly. In MiniMax, I get more realistic motion by prompting camera behavior, not just camera direction. My base prompt: “Realistic documentary footage, shaky handheld shot.” Then I add three things: Camera movement: Slow orbit, whip pan, jittery running motion. Focus behavior: Focus hunting, focus lag, autofocus overshoot. Lighting behavior: Warm flicker, cutting sun flare, blown highlights. MiniMax is one of my favorite tools for cinematic motion.
