Did you know that World Scout Scarf Day is coming up on Saturday, August 1?   Around the world, #Scouts of all ages will sport their neckerchiefs (Scout scarves) next weekend to demonstrate their commitment to Scouting’s values. Through #Scouting, youth learn that the neckerchief is more than a clothing item, alone – it’s a tool that serves first aid and other purposes in a pinch! Every year, World Scout Scarf Day is an opportunity to show your involvement in Scouting – whether you’re a current Scout, volunteer, Scouting advocate, parent or otherwise.   As we get ready for the big day, we want to see (and show off!) YOUR neckerchiefs! We’re working on a special post for World Scout Scarf Day and we want to feature as many Scouts and Scouters as possible.
