I would 12/10 recommend the 3 mile hike to Bloomington lake, it’s located on the Idaho side of Bear Lake! You can choose to drive all the way to the top and walk in just under a mile or you can park a little lower and hike in the 3 miles instead. We did the 3 mile hike and loved every minute of it, the wild flowers are in full bloom, it’s a dog friendly hike with lots of water stops along the way, and don’t forget the iconic rope swing at the top, the lake feels GREAT!
