WHERE-📍 Equestrian on Eastern Apartments, Henderson, NV WHEN- 📅 October 21, 2019 Claudia Nadia Rodriguez, 37, attacked her son with a knife inside their apartment. The boy called 911, crying and begging for help before the call cut out. Police arrived to find him with multiple stab wounds and an agitated, knife wielding mother. Body‑cam footage shows the deadly struggle, she grabbed an officer’s gun, fired once, and was shot by police. She later died at Sunrise Hospital. THE CORONER RULED HER DEATH AS HOMICIDE. 👀 The boy survived 25+ stab wounds, underwent emergency surgery for injuries to his neck and upper body, and was discharged days later to the care of extended family.
