HYROX WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2023🌍 Pro 1:09:12 - 16th u24 / 125th overall 8th fastest American 🇺🇸 This race had many firsts for me. First international trip and race, first Pro race, and first HYROX World Championship. It was an honor to represent my country, coach, teammates, friends, and family under the brightest lights. The opportunity to compete at the highest level and fly across the world to do so is a blessing. I poured everything I had on Saturday into that race. I made a few mistakes, a mishap with my sled pull, and had to dig myself out of a hole early. After the row, I started to make some moves. I picked off a few guys on the sandbag lunges and another on the last run. Hammered through the wallballs (4:18 split, 21st fastest split Pro) to stumble across the finish line in 16th.
