According to reports, a Los Angeles judge has ruled there is enough evidence for singer #d4vd, whose legal name is David Burke, to stand trial on charges including murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and mutilation of a body in the death of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Burke has pleaded not guilty and denies the allegations.
