The original sign is still nailed shut behind the plywood. 🎬 A few things the video didn’t have room for: the Georgia Trust only adds a handful of sites to its “Places in Peril” list each year, and inclusion doesn’t guarantee funding — it’s a warning, not a rescue. The building has also become an unofficial shelter for people experiencing homelessness, which is actively speeding up the interior damage. A building can sit right in plain sight and still be invisible to most of the people who pass it every day.
