Tonight, we proudly honour a very brave Warrior of the Game — Matteo. Diagnosed at just two years old with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Matteo showed incredible strength and completed treatment in July 2023. In January 2025, his cancer returned, and he’s now one year into treatment, with about another year and a half to go before he can ring the bell again. Through it all, Matteo remains strong, and still the same silly, kind, creative kid his family loves.
