We came up just short, losing 5-4, but these girls competed their hearts out against a really good team. Proud of the fight they showed from the first inning to the last. Mila put together another solid game behind the plate with a couple of big defensive plays, stayed quick on her feet, and was aggressive at the plate, finishing 1-2 (single, groundout). The scoreboard doesn’t always tell the whole story. Every rep, every inning, and every challenge is helping these girls get better.
