Residents at Heritage Park Apartments say they are living with mold, persistent water problems, damaged flooring and other unsafe conditions. The NAACP is calling on Minneapolis leaders and the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority to move quickly to protect residents. The Minneapolis City Council approved $2.5 million to help residents find safe and stable housing, but questions remain about who will move, when relocations could happen and how the funding will be used.
