A 17 year old is deceased after a rollover on Cave Creek Road late Wednesday night. Phoenix police were called to 9th Street and Cave Creek Road around 10 p.m. and found a white Toyota Tundra flipped upside down with the driver still inside. Jordan Blas, 17, passed away at the scene. The road was shut down while officers worked the crash. Investigators say Blas was driving southbound when he lost control and hit a raised curb. The truck flipped, struck a fence and came to rest upside down. Police say a second 17 year old was driving aggressively alongside Blas in the moments before the crash. That teen stayed at the scene and spoke with authorities. He has not been named, no charges have been announced, and the investigation is still open.
