Boaters say it was sunny and clear all morning. The storm hit within minutes of them tying down. The ramp is where it fell apart. Pull into a cove and wait it out, drop anchor if you lose power, life jacket on. Deputies say you’re safer adrift in the main bay than slammed into the rocks.
