El Cap has served St. Pete since 1958 - and it’s a beloved burger joint. Seed & Feed Hospitality came on as co-owners back in January, and the group of ‘Burg locals is keeping the institution as it is. The group now co-owns the space with longtime El Cap employee/manager Cynthia Nally. My go-to order is a double burger with broccoli cheddar bites and a coke.
