Full circle moment 💜💛 Returning to Laurier University, not as a coach this time but to lead a 4H Mindset workshop with @wlu_mbball , the program that shaped so much of my own journey. Together we explored what it means to Be Happy, Healthy, Hungry and Humble. Pillars that reach far beyond the court. The team’s openness, reflection, and honesty made this experience truly powerful!!!
