Lauren, 39, retired four years ago after grinding through years of corporate work at a tech company and supplementing her income with any freelance gigs she could find. She sleeps eight to ten hours a night, fosters animals, reads, and volunteers. But life as a retiree in your 30s is lonely, and Lauren is now contemplating going back to work.
