Regenerative farming practices focus on rebuilding our soil’s organic matter, reducing our carbon footprint, and improving the water cycle. Farmer Direct believes these practices are vital for reversing climate change. The flour is then stone ground to preserve its nutritional qualities then delivered to our Kansas City bakery.
