As part of our celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we came together for this Polynesian dance performance, bringing exciting energy to our hospital in Aurora. (And, perhaps, some enthusiastic singing-along to "How Far I'll Go" — a popular song request from patients over the years — as little ones danced.) They invited patients and team members to jump in, too. After all, we’re never too old (or too young) to try something new, share our culture and build community.
