The activities, pictures, food and sunshine are great. But for the families in our Colorado Fetal Care Center and NICU, our annual reunion is a chance to celebrate with the people who helped their child get to this point. And for us, it’s the perfect reminder of why we do this work — to see kids thriving after overcoming incredibly serious medical conditions. Like 2-year-old Theo.
