In the Notice of Intent Not To Seek The De-th Penalty, prosecutors named Blacc Zacc alongside alleged co-conspirator Javon Hamilton. While he will not face capital punishment, Blacc Zacc still faces a potential life sentence if convicted. Following the filing, U.S. District Judge Jacquelyn D.
