🤍🌍 From Owerri to the World. 👑🇳🇬 As a proud Igbo woman from Owerri, Imo State, my journey to the Miss Universe Nigeria stage is about so much more than a crown—it’s about representing a people whose strength, resilience, intelligence, culture, and spirit have never been broken. Growing up Igbo means carrying generations of ambition, entrepreneurship, education, community, and perseverance. We are a people who have rebuilt, reinvented, and continued to rise despite countless challenges. That is the legacy I proudly carry with me. Today, Imo State and many communities across the Southeast continue to face difficult realities. Families have endured insecurity, economic hardship, displacement, fear, and uncertainty. Businesses have suffered. Young people dream of opportunities beyond survival. Yet through it all, the people of Owerri continue to create, innovate, and hold onto hope. That resilience deserves to be seen on a global stage. As I audition for Miss Universe Nigeria 2026...
