During the fifth inning of Philadelphia’s 6–3 victory over the Cubs in 2017, Nick Pivetta’s main focus was keeping Anthony Rizzo close to first base. The Phillies right-hander fired a pickoff throw to first in an attempt to make sure Rizzo wasn’t getting too big of a lead.
