Grilled pasta? Try these Cajun BBQ Stuffed Pasta Shells 🔥
Recipe:
-In a large bowl mix 2 lbs ground beef, 2 chopped onions, 6 cloves garlic minced, 2 tsp crushed red pepper, 4 tsp cajun seasoning, 2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp each of salt and pepper, and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese until well combined.
-Stuff beef mixture into uncooked manicotti shells, then wrap with bacon and add more blackening seasoning.
-Place the shells onto a tray and put in the fridge overnight to soften.
-Cook the shells for 1 hour at 300F or until the internal temp reaches 165F.
-While those cook make cajun butter by mixing 2 sticks of butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 3 tsp cajun seasoning, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, and 1/2 lemon juiced.
-Brush the butter sauce on the shells for the last few minutes of cooking.
-Take off the grill, paint with more sauce, and enjoy.
