life is so beautiful and i’m so thankful to be here … but it wasn’t always like that. i have struggled with depression and anxiety for the past 5 years and it has been a JOURNEY to say the least but the biggest thing i learned is that asking for help does NOT make you weak, it does NOT show that you unable to do something on your own, and it does NOT make you less of a human- if anything it makes you more of a human. having to call my Dad and tell him that i need to go to therapy in 2020 will forever be the biggest pivot point in my life. and im proud of anyone who has done that or will do that in the future- it was worth it. okay anyways! done with the sappy shit! i love life and none of this would exist if i didn’t ask for help. it gets better #mentalhealth #mentalhealthstruggles #everydaystruggles #phoenixarizona #arizona
