✨ Friday Introductions ✨ Earlier today while chatting with a new client, I got asked the question I always get when I tell people I’m an underwater portrait and sports photographer: “Wow, that’s so cool… but how did you get into it?” 🌊📸 For me, it all started with inspiration. I was deeply moved by the way @photogingmama told stories through her beach photography—her use of fisheye lenses and artistic flair made me see family storytelling in a whole new light. It lit a spark in me. In 2019, I bought my very first GoPro just to test the waters (literally!) and see if this was something I wanted to pour my time, energy, and heart into. After just one swim session at the local YMCA, I was completely hooked. 💙 Soon after, I invested in an Ikelite housing for my DSLR—and that’s when my true underwater journey began.
