Ryan Doering has loved lacrosse since picking up a stick in 4th grade—and that passion shows every time he steps on the field. After playing competitively through middle and high school, he jumped into coaching in Spring 2025 and made an immediate impact—helping lead a 6th–8th grade team to a championship in his very first season.
