The tight end room for Florida State is starting to look like a strength for the team. Obviously losing someone like Randy Pittman Jr. to SMU via the transfer portal this offseason stings, but having pieces like Desirrio Riles, Landen Thomas, Chase Loftin, and even Xavier Tiller (in the video) should excite the fan base. I get that individuals don’t necessarily get excited about the tight end position compared to running backs and wide receivers, but it could be a nice safety blanket for Ashton Daniels to have this season plus they could provide support in the run game with their blocking abilities.
