Defensive back Ashlyn’s Barker will be responsible for handling the ROVER position in Tony White’s defense for the 2026 season. The previous ROVER in the defense was Earl Little Jr., who transferred to Ohio State this past offseason. The Seminoles’ defense needs to ensure that the unit is ready to go with early tests against SMU and Alabama. Barker recorded 48 tackles (five for loss), 3.5 sacks, and two passes defended during the 2025 season.
