No regrets. While 5 kids wasn’t ever part of our bingo card, I guess subconsciously we knew it could be a possibility when doing IVF. I still have very active flashbacks to the day where I saw and heard two heartbeats. I blacked out. I had no words. I’ve never experienced shock like that before. In fact, I’m still shook most days. 😝 And even with the worries of being a mom to all these kiddos, navigating a world that is scary for Jewish and queer people, and just the overall unknown and uncertainties that come with life, it’s all been worth it.
