Jelly Gin Cake.
Makes 12 servings
Sweet Milk Layer
3 packages unflavored gelatin
2 cups of milk (separated)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs lime juice
Instructions
In a small bowl Add the unflavored gelatin to 1 cup of cold milk. Stir to combine. Set aside.
In a medium-sized pan add the remaining milk and ingredients. Bring to a simmer and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks and add in the milk and gelatin mixture, stirring until everything is completely incorporated. Add in your lime juice. If you have any clumps, strain them out using a fine mesh sieve.
Pour the mixture into your desired cake mold and refrigerate until firm. Usually 2-3 ho...
