To make: 4 packages unflavored gelatin 2 cups of milk (separated) 2 cinnamon sticks 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions In a small bowl Add the unflavored gelatin to 1 cup of cold milk. Stir to combine. Set aside. In a medium-sized pan add the remaining milk and ingredients bring to a simmer and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks and add in the milk and gelatin mixture, stirring until everything is completely incorporated. If you have any clumps strain them out using a fine mesh strainer. Pour the mixture into your desired molds and refrigerate for about 4-5 hours until firm. This is a firm milk gelatin to help with unmolding.
