Bemberg is a brand name for the original cuprammonium rayon, made today in Japan by Asahi Kasei. It's soft, breathable, durable, relatively affordable, and all around great. It takes color very well, but be careful, because a lot of novelty linings you see you see out there are either polyester or poly-blend.
