Around midnight one night last week, deputies stopped a 13-year-old riding an illegally modified Class 3 e-bike near Copper Hill Drive and Avenida Rancho Tesoro in Valencia who had a 15-year-old passenger. The 13-year-old was cited for: • Driving without a license • Riding without a headlight • Violating curfew The 15-year-old passenger was also cited for violating curfew.
