DUI ARRESTS 🚔 Our deputies continue to proactively look for impaired drivers to help keep our roads safe. On Wednesday, deputies arrested two drivers for DUI. Just after midnight, deputies observed a 28-year-old man driving northbound in the southbound lanes of The Old Road. He then turned onto a side street and continued driving on the wrong side of the road. Field sobriety tests determined he had a 0.16% BAC, twice the legal limit. He was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI and driving with a suspended license. Around noon, deputies arrested a 58-year-old woman on suspicion of DUI. Thankfully, no innocent drivers were injured in these incidents. Driving under the influence puts everyone on the road at risk. If you plan to drink, designate a sober driver or use a rideshare.
