Kōloa Kaua'i White Rum • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice • 3 oz fizzy coconut water • Fresh dragonfruit and/or kiwi slices for garnish • Sprig of mint for garnish Directions: Muddle the dragonfruit until it releases its vibrant color.
