Because they perfected the way they cook the chicken, and their bread, each bite is so satisfying and delicious. The owner said that he would drive to New Jersey to get his shawarma since he couldn’t find the best in Boston and then decided to take matters in his own hands, so he opened up his own spot. Before opening, he spent time in Egypt working at various restaurants learning, and brought his knowledge here. You can tell that he’s a perfectionist, always improving on what they’re doing, and trying to be just a little bit better as they go. They’re open until they sell out, which happens most days.
