The workbench is the first major fabrication project our students complete in Fundamentals of Fabrication and it’s one they’ll use for years to come. From measuring and cutting to welding and assembly, students build a durable, functional workbench while developing the core fabrication skills they’ll continue to build on throughout the program. Best of all, it’s more than just a class project. After graduation, they’ll have a workbench of their own to tackle future projects, practice new techniques, and continue growing their skills in the shop.
