A man was pulled from Millerton Lake after being underwater for 20 minutes on Sunday afternoon.
State Park officials say the 28-year-old man was swimming at the lake when he became exhausted about 15 to 20 yards from shore.
Rescuers arrived, found the man, and pulled him from the water after about 20 minutes.
He was also reportedly not wearing a life jacket.
CPR was performed before the man was flown to the hospital via helicopter.
