Technical rescue crews from Phoenix and Tempe responded to a mountain rescue at Hole in the Rock in Papago Park. Rescue technicians safely extracted an adult female who fell and sustained a lower leg injury while hiking. Crews used ground ladders, rope systems, and a big wheel to bring her down safely. #PHXFire
