July 31, 2026, Ceuta, Spain: Local authorities come to the aid of a migrant as dozens of people are still trying to cross the border in Ceuta, Spain. The autonomous city of Ceuta woke up to find large numbers of people still entering from Morocco early this morning, following a night in which the influx across the border area had not ceased. Since this morning, thousands of migrants have entered the autonomous city either by swimming or on foot, skirting the breakwater that separates the autonomous city from Morocco.
