One week out with girlsontrackuk, we were delighted to open our factory doors to the daughters, nieces and family members of our team members for an inspiring day of STEM. The girls spent the day testing their reactions in a pit stop challenge, learning to code with Sphero robots, designing race circuits and stepping behind the scenes on a tour of our Brackley campus. They also took on a presenting challenge, learning some of the skills that help tell the stories of our sport. By opening our doors and sharing experiences, we hope to inspire more young people to explore STEM subjects and see motorsport as a place where they belong.
