The London Lions will become the first British club ever to face an NBA team when we take on the Portland Trail Blazers. The game will form part of Portland’s official NBA preseason schedule, tipping off at the Moda Center on 12 October 2026 at 1:00 PM local time and 9:00 PM BST. The fixture also marks a special full-circle moment for Head Coach Tautvydas Sabonis. His father, Arvydas Sabonis, spent seven seasons with the Trail Blazers and became one of the most beloved players in Portland’s history.
