Washington County spent over $185.4 million on its employees during the 2022 calendar year, down about 3% from the previous year. County Administrator Tanya Ange, who oversees most county staff and operations, was once again the highest-paid employee in 2022 with a base salary of roughly $265,000 and a gross income of $291,982.
