한국음악저작권협회(음저협)가 국내 최초로 AI 활용 음악저작물에 대한 저작권 등록 가이드라인을 발표했습니다. 지난 3일부터 시행된 이번 규정에 따라 인간의 실질적 기여가 없는 100% AI 생성 곡은 저작물 등록이 전면 배제되는데요. 작사와 작곡 등 주요 창작 과정에 사람이 주도적으로 참여한 경우에만 권리를 인정하며, 허위 등록 적발 시 저작권료 반환 및 계약 해지 등 강력한 제재가 적용됩니다. The Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA) has rolled out the country’s first copyright guidelines for AI-assisted music. Under the new rules effective Aug. 3, tracks generated entirely by AI without substantial human contribution are strictly excluded from copyright protection. Only works where creators actively led the creative process are recognized.
