Faculty members Dr. Tamara Macieira and Dr. Ragnhildur Bjarnadottir were selected for induction as Fellows of the American Academy of Nursing, one of the profession's highest honors. The recognition honors nurse leaders whose careers have made significant and sustained contributions to advancing health care through research, practice, education, leadership and policy. Also selected for induction as Fellows of the American Academy of Nursing are alumnus Kathryn E. Kreider, BSN '06, MSN '07, and Vivian K. Wong, MSN '90.
