Hennessey's successor to the Venom hypercar has its sights set on driving pleasure, not setting records. The Texas-based carmaker isn't done building Venoms yet, but it's just revealed that car's successor: the Blackbird. This new project is designed to be a more driver-focused option amongst Hennessey’s array of vehicles, packing a new naturally-aspirated V-8 that revs to at least 9000 rpm. It will make its public debut at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering on August 14.
