Today's solo episode started as a reflection on my own disillusionment and turned into a bigger theme: de-influencing. De-influencing myself from glow-up culture, from FOMO, and so much more. The more I let go of what I'm "supposed" to want, the luckier I actually feel — and I think most of us have at least one thing we're still letting an algorithm or a comment section talk us into.
If you've ever gone along with something because you thought you were supposed to want it, only to realize once you were in it that it didn't actually feel good, this episode is for you. I'm getting into what it looks like to actually listen to that feeling instead of pushing through it, and what's on the other side when you do.
