Here’s my 2 cents: Food has been going viral since your grandmother’s cornbread recipe got passed down four generations - before Instagram was a thought. The internet just gave it a hashtag. I respect the hustle, and the creativity. But to be clear: the best dishes we experience are never trying to trend. The algorithm can’t taste! Film your process. Get your good shots. But make sure what’s under all that b-roll actually hits when the camera’s off. Trend responsibly. Create intentionally. And for the love of all things good - taste your food before you post it. 😂👩🏾‍🍳
