KIOXIA's first PCIe 6.0 enterprise SSD, with the whole CM10 family in one shot. The two upright drives are the 2.5-inch model, which stays on PCIe 5.0 and generation 8 memory. The flat cards are the EDSFF versions, E3.S and E1.S, one wearing the finned heatsink you'd run in an air-cooled chassis. The PCIe 6.0 models use 332-layer BiCS FLASH generation 10 TLC and scale to 61.44TB. KIOXIA claims up to 92% higher sequential read than the CM9. E3.S and 9.5mm E1.S also support cold-plate liquid cooling. Sampling to select customers now, on display at FMS in Santa Clara August 4 to 6.
