I hear this all the time: “I did PT… but it didn’t work.” “I felt better, then got hurt again.” “I don’t trust my body under load.” And honestly, that makes sense. Because a lot of rehab stops too early. It focuses on: • pain reduction • basic exercises • low-load movement But it never progresses into what your sport actually demands. So you leave feeling “better”… but not actually ready. Performance requires: ✅ strength under load ✅ tolerance to volume ✅ movement under fatigue ✅ confidence in real training environments If rehab doesn’t build those things it doesn’t transfer. That’s the gap between: 👉 feeling okay in the clinic 👉 and performing in the gym or on the run Rehab shouldn’t just remove pain. It should rebuild you into an athlete who can handle more than before. 👉 If you’ve been through physical therapy but still feel limited in lifting, running, or competing, click the link in my bio and book a discovery call.
